    Very close to the highway so slightly noisy in the morning.

    Only that my email regarding lost property wasn't repsonded too, and when I finally spoke to someone to check, the room had been turned over three times so my item was well and truly gone.

    Facilities were adequate in relation to cost per night. Large bathroom. Quiet even though on Pacific Highway.

    Paying the account on arrival. Hair dryer inoperative. No knife in room. No free newspapaer at reception. No list of eating venues nearby. Pool maintenance required.

    Parking facilities were poor. It seemed to be under renovation, so hopefully this will be resolved i due course.

    The location was great for us as it was between the airport and the central coast, so we could have an overnight stop easily. The room slept all of us easily enough (5 total) although 2 kids had to share a bed. The staff were helpful and friendly, but disappeared as soon as we checked in (10pm) even though the stated hours were till 11pm.

    The room was short on towels on arrival (easily fixed by the staff) but the basin in the bathroom leaked all over the floor with even a little use. The shower was also very weak and temperamental. Breakfast was from 6.30 - 8.30 only which meant we ate elsewhere (a late night from our flight the night before), and breakfast is also not included in your room rate. Overall we would probably stay here again if need be, but we would look elsewhere first. Lastly, the internet access is slow and expensive.

    the bed mattress was poor, soft and uncomfortable, no support the air conditioner directional vents were missing off the air conditioner, room 32 the supplied soap was hard, non lathery

    The reception area looked lovely - and i'm sure the conference facilities were up to date

    Centrally located to food and railway jet very quite in the rooms.

    Our room on initial arrival had not had the floors swept. But the following day on our return housekeeping had completed a through clean.

    The hotel was reasonably handy to the railway station at Lindfield-a 10 minute walk. The room was comfortable-very good range of TV stations. Quiet location. Plenty of free undercover parking.

    Wifi charges were expensive-unable to use intermittently but had to complete the time allocation in full.

    The food in the restaurant was excellent. the people were very friendly.

    Carrying two heavy bags up three flights of steps - no elevator. The toilet roll holder was in the wrong spot
